FLYERS

Our flyers are updated regularly with tours, so be sure to stay updated with the newest flyer or by checking the website or Facebook.  Always feel free to call to request a flyer, and we will be happy to mail one to you.  You can pick up flyers in Pioneer at the Spokes Restaurant and at Village Market.  In Bryan, flyers are available at Shaffer's Restaurant.  In Hillsdale, flyers are available at the Hillsdale Senior Center.  Also, be sure to check the website and Facebook regularly as they provide the newest information on tours.

PICKUP POINTS

Quality Inn (Ohio Turnpike Exit 13) - Park on North East Corner

Pickup location for both day and overnight tours! About 1 week before the tour, we will send papers for you to fill in your car info for the hotel. Place one copy on your dash and give the other to the person checking you in and they will take it to the front desk. If it is an overnight tour, bring your luggage to the bus, on the east side, before you park. If you like, you can spend the night before at the Quality Inn for $75. Just tell them you are traveling with Evelyn's Excursions and have them call me if there are any questions. The Quality Inn (formerly Ramada Inn) is on St Rt 15, 8 miles north of Bryan or 6 miles south of Pioneer.

Wauseon Wal-Mart - Park on East End (Garden Supply end)

Sometimes because of bus mileage or hours, the driver comes up and spends the night before the tour at the Quality Inn. If we are going west, everyone will have to come to the Quality Inn. I will indicate this when I send the letters out approximately one week prior.

Hampton Inn (Ohio Turnpike Exit 59) - Park in the back, on the North side

The pickup point for the Toledo area will now be the Hampton Inn, just off Exit 59 on the right side of the road (1409 Reynolds Rd, Maumee, Ohio). We will send you a car slip to fill out. Leave one part on the windshield and take the other part to the front desk. Unless you spend the night, please do not partake of any of the continental breakfast, including coffee. Please park in the back, along the north side.  If you want to spend the night, you will have to call them for a rate as it varies (419-893-1004). The bus pickup is in the back or West side. We will pick you up by your car.

To make reservations for any trip, simply call Evelyn's Excursions at 419-737-2055 or 877-771-4401 (toll free) or mail a check to us at PO Box 386, Pioneer, Ohio 43554. You will be placed on the tentative list until payment or deposit is received, then we will put you on the master list.
